Let’s burn money

17/03/2012

While the phenomena of government deficit got beautiful name “printing money”, the phenomena of government surplus has none. Probably because no government had surplus since WWII. Anyway “BURNING MONEY” is a excellent name for surplus. I am pretty sure all the politicians will happily embrace this term. It sounds great to say for example, ” You Democrats are for burning money, while WE are for printing it “, than saying ” You Democrats are for surplus while we are for deficit “.
